The FHL HR & Workforce Suite is Facility Hub Live's module for managing a facility workforce. It keeps HR files with expiration tracking, handles time-off requests and history, documents progressive discipline with signatures and routing, and runs an SOP library that records each employee's acknowledgment. It starts from a standard suite and is set up for each site. It is an add-on module for Facility Hub Live.
What It Does
- HR files. Employee documents by type, with an active records register and expiration tracking.
- Time off. Request and log PTO, with history and the site's PTO policy in one place.
- Progressive discipline. A structured notice: the incident, a corrective action plan, employee comments, signatures and HR routing. Suitable for normal operations, or tailored to follow a union CBA's requirements.
- SOPs with acknowledgment. An SOP library assigned by job classification, with each employee's acknowledgment of review recorded.
- Roster and roles. Employee roster, classifications and role-based access, managed in FHL Admin.
Set Up for Each Site
Every site has its own policies, documents and, often, its own labor agreement. The suite starts from a general standard and is tailored during setup to each site's documents, classifications and procedures.
